1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and completing a booking at Tisya Resort, Rishikesh, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all guests and visitors of the property.
2. Booking and Payments
- All room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable government taxes.
- A 100% advance payment is required to confirm a booking, processed securely via our online gateway.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique Booking Reference Number.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our boutique operations:
- 14+ Days Notice: 100% refund of the booking amount.
- 7-14 Days Notice: 50% refund or the option to reschedule your dates (subject to availability within 3 months).
- Less than 7 Days Notice: No refund will be issued.
All approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
4. Resort Policies
- Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Identification: A valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) is mandatory for all guests upon check-in.
- Tranquility Policy: As a wellness and luxury retreat, we request guests to maintain a peaceful environment. Loud music in outdoor spaces is prohibited after 10:00 PM.
- Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the resort property during their stay. Appropriate charges will be billed directly to the guest.
5. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Tisya Resort is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay. Participation in outdoor activities (like trekking or rafting) is at the guest's own risk.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your stay or use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
